The location of this place is excellent and conveniently close to everything, including the town center, with modern rooms and comfortable beds, and spacious bathrooms.

friendly and accommodating staff onsite. clean room, a shower, hair dryers, and a bidet in the room. a great selection of goodies for breakfast. what an absolutely perfect and great location close to everything! also - close enough to the center of the town, many restaurants around as well as the centre of town.

The location was perfect and marvellous, close to everything, the hotel overlooked river. Tried some nice meals at Trattoria Tito, located right at the property.

Can recommend this place and would come here again. It was incredible base for traveling to Rieti, I was glad to stay there. - the rooms were warm and new-fashioned. - the rate was me$ 52. - Unbeatable and marvellous location close to everything was a plus. - It was relatively near Monumento alla Lira. My stay at B&B Piazza Cavour in Rieti was fantastic. Not only were the rooms warm and modern, but the location was unbeatable. I paid a reasonable rate of me$ 52, which was a great deal. the convenience of being close to everything, including the Monumento alla Lira, made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to returning in the future.

Convenient location close to the town center and amenities. I enjoyed a visit to Gelato Siciliano for some delicious coffee and treats, just a short stroll away from here. Highly recommended! ☕
